Earlier this week Congress came together to declare that pizza definitely counts as a vegetable. Their argument is that the scoop of tomato paste is enough—nevermind the fact that tomatos aren’t even vegetables. So, this is what Congress is doing when it’s not filibustering all of Obama’s initiatives, gridlocking the Senate and thus making it almost impossible to accomplish anything.
