A couple weeks ago I worked on a couple cover designs for a book compiling a series of short stories. Each story is a mash-up—which is a bit confusing—wherein different monsters or characters are combined in a new way or in a new setting, IE Frankenstein in the Wild West. It looked like the one on the left was the winner and then unfortunately, plans changed for the book all together. Regardless, I thought these were fun and didn’t want them to completely go to waste.
